Return Policy for General Items
VolcaRose.com orders can be returned for any reasons within 14 days, excluding the following reasons:
•Please check the ourter package condition carefully when you receive. If you find any damages, please do not sign for receiving and contact our customer service.
•If you find the stuff is damaged inside the parcel after you signed for receiving, please contact our customer service within 24 hours, and sed us the exchange request as soon as possible. You need to return the package as its original pattern after 24 hours since you have received.
•You can send return request by clicking "Request Return" button under "Customer Support", which is at our bottom page. You can also do it in your personal order page.
•Our VolcaRose customer service will contact you within 1 business day. We will process your request according to your particular needs.
•VolcaRose will pay for extra shipping costs due to the exchange/return, interns of product quality problem or damages due to logistics before you sign for receiving. You may have to pay shipping shipping fee due to other reasons.
Special Conditions for Fresh Flowers
Floral products will not be exchange/return due to those reasons below:
•Products were used；
•Return/exchange request based only on personal habits (colours, appearance, etc), not on product quality；
•Damages caused by delayed delivery with wrong personal information provided；
•Sending request over 48 hours after receiving；
•Products were delivered and signed by self-support organization；
•Any products are not selling by VolcaRose.
Beside those reasons above, VolcaRose will approve your exchange/return request within 24 hours
•Due to flower fading or withering, you can send return request by clicking "Request Return" button under "Customer Support", which is at our bottom page within 48 hours since you received. You can also do it in your personal order page.
•VolcaRose will pay for extra shipping costs due to the exchange/return, in terms of product quality problem.
